I am the System Director of Academic Technology for the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.  The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities is the 5th largest higher education system in the country with over 400,000 students attending 31 colleges and universities.

I have extensive leadership and management experience in the areas of academic technologies and libraries. Within the Educational Innovations unit, my role involves working with faculty, staff, internal, and external partners to collaborate on innovative academic technology solutions and services.

In addition, my responsibilities include overseeing the MnPALS office which provides library information technology services to the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities and the Consortium of MnPALS Libraries.

I have previously held faculty and academic staff positions at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and the University of South Dakota. I have also worked in the private sector with a Canadian library systems' vendor.

I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education at Hamline University (St. Paul, MN). I also hold a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) and a Bachelor degree from Brandon University (Brandon, Manitoba, Canada).
