Todd Digby is the Chair of the Library Technology Services department at the University of Florida. He leads a department that researches, develops, optimizes, and supports advanced library information systems and technology for the University of Florida Libraries.

Todd has previously held faculty and academic staff positions at the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities system, the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and the University of South Dakota. He has a Doctorate of Education from Hamline University (St. Paul, MN), a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandon University (Brandon, Manitoba, Canada).
